๐ A quick walkthrough on how to start inviting advisors
Set up and manage Offices
The Offices feature allows you to group your advisors the way that you see fit, plus have the the flexibility to maintain the specific level of control and oversight that works for your Enterprise.
๐How to create and manage Offices
Invite clients and assign them to advisors
You can invite clients directly from your account, and assign them to yourself or any advisor. If you ever need to re-assign a client to a different advisor, you can easily do that, too!

๐ How to transfer a client to a different advisor
Request payment on behalf of advisors
Create and send invoices to any client under any advisor.
๐ Learn more about subscriptions
View and manage all client invoices
Under Invoices and Subscriptions in your sidebar you're able to view all open client invoices, active subscriptions, paid invoices, and track what invoices belong to which advisor. If you need to cancel a one-time invoice or subscription for any client, or refund a payment, you can do that from here as well.
View and export transfers
See all processing payments and their estimated arrival date, pending payouts, and completed payouts on your Transfers page. Plus download your own reports straight from AdvicePay!
๐ Understanding your Transfers page
Add an Administrative or Analyst User
You can add a 2nd (or 3rd, or 4th!) user to your AdvicePay account by granting them administrative level or view-only access.
An Admin user can invite clients, set up billing, track and manage payments, adjust settings, and more. Analyst users are strictly read only accounts -- they will be able to see your client information, invoices you have setup, and download a transaction report, but they won't be able to invite clients, setup a new billing schedule for your clients, or change settings.
๐ Adding users to your account
Manage your bank accounts
View and edit both your billing and your transfer accounts right from Firm Settings > Billing.
