[Account Owner] Mobile Check Deposit Codes

In this article:

Codes for Reference

This article will assist with identifying issues with check deposits and the codes you might see. This can range from an unreadable check image, insufficient funds, a stop payment, or a closed account.

When notified by email about an issue with the check deposit process, it will now include more information and a code that will go to the advisor and any additional recipients that are set up in their email and notification settings. This additional detail helps your firm understand what happened and determine the appropriate next step with the client or their bank.
