[Account Owner] Esign Refresh Token Expired (DocuSign)

At certain times, during the year, the DocuSign token that connects your DocuSign account to AdvicePay may disconnect and the following email will be sent to the Account Onwer on file.

The email header will show Esign Refresh Token Expired.

When this happens, simply follow the directions in the email or shared here:

1) Login into your AdvicePay account and head over to Firm Settings, Esignature, and Reconnect (button).

2). Click Reconnect and you're all done!

3). If you have more than one account, please do so in both to ensure it has reset and reconnected. Nothing more needs to be done!
