Please note: As an Advisor, the ability to integrate with Pontera through your AdvicePay Account may or may not be available due to your Enterprise's setup.
In this article:
Pontera Billing Setup
1). First, create an Account on the Pontera Platform
2). Go to the Client Page:

3). Click on the pencil icon in the top right of the screen to edit the client:

4). Next, head over to Additional Info tab (this is where you will enter a client's specific fee or update the charge method for the client) :

5). Enter the fee for the client:

6). Under Charge Method, select "Other"
7). From the drop-down, select AdvicePay

- Click Save (By clicking "Save", the file format will automatically be tailored to the specifications required for upload to AdvicePay.)
Pontera Billing Clients
1). Click on the Billing tab:

2). Select the Billing period and all client accounts that you want to bulk upload for AdvicePay billing:

3). Click on Export Billing File icon at the bottom left of the screen:

(The file is formatted to match the AdvicePay specifications. Once the bulk upload takes place, the AdvicePay system will automatically align each client to their AdvicePay account).
