[Account Owner] How to Disable Advisor Ability to Mark Invoices as Paid

We now have a setting to allow you to have more control over who can Mark Invoices as Paid in your firm. 🎉 This setting allows you to restrict Advisors in your firm from Marking Invoices as Paid right inside of your account with the toggle of a button. Turning this on will restrict Advisors from Marking the Invoices as Paid, and it will also remove this option from their view.💥

Important: This setting will only affect Advisors and their Admin(s). The Account Owner and Home Office Admin(s) will still have this option to Mark Invoices as Paid even in the on position.

Here's where the setting is located:

1. Head to  Firm Settings and select the Advisor tab:

The Account Owner and Home Office Admin(s) will still have this option to Mark Invoices as Paid even if this setting is on.
