[Account Owner] Engagements: Detail Page

The Account Owner and firm-level Home Office Admin/Analyst users can all see Engagements for all Advisors on the firm account. In addition, all Engagement &  Invoice Approvals are located on each Engagement.

When Engagements is active, every Engagement created in AdvicePay (includes invoices/subscriptions, eSignature documents, and deliverables) will create a new listing on the Engagements page accessible in the left sidebar:

Engagements are listed by Engagement Name, ID, Status(for Approvals), Create Date, Advisor, and Client. The blue-linked sections: ID, Advisor, and Client, when clicked, are linked to those specific pages. All of these items can be searched in the search bar if needed.

Filter options include:

  • Client Account Status (based on the client status - not subscription status)
    • Active
    • Inactive
  • Status
    • Pending Approval
    • Active
    • Approval Rejected

On the Engagement details page, we display:

  • Summary Engagement information:
    • Created Date
    • Name of the Engagement workflow used
    • Historical Revenue is the revenue that has been set on the engagement and used
    • Date of Next Recurring Payment (applicable only when there is an Active subscription)
    • Projected Future Revenue is the expected revenue from the engagement
    • Total Engagement Fee is a set total amount for the entire engagement
    • Total Fee Remaining is what is left on the engagement
  • The Advisor assigned to the Engagement: Name, Email, and Advisor ID (if present)
  • The Client for the Engagement: Name, Email, and Client ID (if present)

*Please note these items may vary based on the Home Office Settings for Engagements.

We also display what's in the Engagement under each respective tab:

  • One-Time invoices
  • Subscription
  • Documents (if applicable)
  • Deliverables attached to the Engagement (if applicable)

Clicking the action drop-down Actions button for any of the above will allow you to interact with that specific piece of the Engagement in more detail.
